In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Praise be to Allah the God of the universe. Peace and blessings of God be upon the last messenger of God, Muhammad and his descendants and followers until the Day of Judgement. I testify that Allah is one God and Muhammad is His servant and messenger.
Through many meetings and dialogues with various religious and nonreligious believers in God and materialistic, I noticed the gap in the field of knowledge about Islam and its doctrines, principles and traditions.
The worst is when many Muslims share the lack of knowledge with those non-Muslims who do not know about Islam than what was written or published by enemies of Islam and religions in general.
The last two reasons for publishing this humble translation of the constitution of the Islamic state were:
1. The comment of a leading man in ties that said in the wake of a dear friend, “with my wife I’m breaking away but many women are looking for me, but I am not Muslim to have twenty women … my brother is Syrian. Not a Muslim .. . Muslims are Egyptians and other Arabs …”. I felt very sorry for my compatriot. My mind went far beyond and I imagined this man on the day of Judgement claiming their right to know the truth of God’s last message.
2. On another occasion, when a Christian theology student said that Muhammad (peace). stole a book from a Christian and told the Arabs that he wrote the book. Quran calling.
This is just one of thousands and thousands of errors, lies and misinformation about the reality of Islam, which formed an iron curtain between the people who profess Islam and other nations.
Some of these errors and to slander often lack the knowledge of the truth, while many others. are ill-intentioned.
In both cases I believe that Muslims are to blame, first for not practicing Islam as a means of private and public life. The second, by not making the presentation of the Islam out of their countries in an appropriate manner.
I think in the world, apart from one billion Muslims there are three billion non-Muslims have the right to know about Islam and its divine principles, as revealed and practiced by Muslims for over 1300 years.
Races, nations and tribes people professing Islam are united in monotheism (the absolute oneness of God) and faith and are united in the struggle to practice the divine laws revealed in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
Allah says in the Quran: ((Those who do not govern by what was revealed by God are the unjust)).
The Prophet Muhammad (Peace) said: “Whoever sleeps without concern for the welfare of the Muslim community is not theirs.” And: “Whoever dies without recognizing the sovereignty of a caliph, dies as a pagan.”
Islam is a universal doctrine which have to go ethnic, racial, national, regional and even more so the personal.
The message of Islam is addressed to all sons of Adam and Eve prohibiting racial discrimination, social and economic.
Banning the privileges given to a race, social class or religious elite. All the sons of Adam and Eve, men and women are equal by law, but physically and biologically different. The best of them is the most God-fearing.
The origins of Islamic law are:
1. The Quran, the word of God (Allah) put in the mouth the last Messenger, Muhammad (the illiterate).
2. The Sunna (prophetic tradition) said, facts and confirmations of the Prophet.
This to inform them about Islam is that presented the reader, the translation of a draft constitution for an Islamic state, the same as it was practiced when Islam was able to unite nations and different races and creeds, and disseminate peace achieved in the known world for centuries, practicing divine justice, commanding the good and fighting evil.
At present this work, I look for two important things: the pleasure of Almighty God (Allah) and the reward of him on the Day of Judgement.
