Allah (God)

Knowledge [1] of God and belief in the genuine form the foundation of Islam. The issue is, in itself, so vital that requires treatment, deep and clear. For the sake of clarity, to sacrifice for a more refined linguistic technique, we will use some simple demonstrations. This may sound boring, or too simple for those who already know something about the subject. We invite those people reported to have patience and appreciate the importance of the issue.

There are people who like to doubt the concept of God in the name of science or a lack of experience and understanding. The attitude of these people, often reflects a mentality uncomfortable, even when claiming to be educated intellectuals. We take care of their arguments, but from the basis of their true location. This explains why many arguments have been easily conceived as being primarily directed to children, not adults. On the other hand, a basic objective of this work is to present the true concept of God in Islam to young Muslims. Another consideration to be made is that the concept of God in Islam has been distorted in the minds of many non-Muslims who are called believers in God and religion lawyers.

For these reasons in this exhibition employ some simple and perhaps elementary demonstrations. The simplicity of some arguments may cause, however many adults deep thoughts. In this case, it will confirm that this is a desirable simplicity and creative, which is itself a distinct feature of Islam.

If we look around at our surroundings, we see that every family has a head, each school, a director, each first Confederate state governor and every nation a head of state. Furthermore, we know without any doubt that any product is the work of a producer and each Fine Art is the creation of a great artist. All this is obvious, but not satisfy the thirst for knowledge and curiosity of man about the great things of the world, one often wonders the beauty of nature with its charm and wonderful landscape, the sky almost infinite horizons and its massive expansion, the endless succession of day and night in the most orderly, the path of the sun, moon and stars, the world of animate and inanimate objects, the continuous process and evolution of man generation after generation . One wonders at times because I would like to know the creator and maintainer of all these things that live in and offer us immense joy.

Can we find an explanation for the huge universe? Is there any convincing interpretation of the secret of existence? We realize that no family can function properly without a responsible head, that no city can prosperously exist without a strong administration and that no state can survive without a leader of any kind. We also understand that nothing exists by itself. Moreover, we note that the universe exists and functions in the most orderly and has survived for hundreds of thousands of years. Can we say then that this is accidental and fortuitous? Or, we can attribute the existence of man and all creation to mere chance?.

If the man came into existence by accident or by mere chance, his life would be based on chance and meaningless existence. But no sensible man can conceive of this life has no meaning and no rational being would leave his life at the mercy of fluctuating fate. Any reasonable human being tries to make your life as meaningful as possible and draw a pattern of conduct in accordance with a design. Individuals, groups and nations scheduled the course of its action and any detailed plan produces the desired effects. The fact is that man is dedicated to designing, in one way or another, and can appreciate the advantages of good planning.

However, the man represents only a very small portion of the vast universe. And if you can make plans and appreciate the benefits of planning, its very existence and survival of the universe must also be based on a planned policy. This means that there is a designer Will behind our material existence, which exists in the world a unique mind makes things real and keeps them in orderly movement. The wonderful wonders of our world and the secrets of life are too big to be the product of a random accident or a simple chance.

Therefore, you should have in the world a great force in action to keep everything in order. There has to be in the beautiful nature a great artist to create the most enchanting works of art and produces everything for a special purpose in life. This Force is the most consistent of all and this is the greatest artist of all. True believers and people recognize this heavily lit artist and call him Allah or God. We call God because he is the creator and principal architect of the world, the origin of life and the Provider of all things that exist. It is not a man because no man can create or make another human being. It is not a plant nor animal. It is not an idol or a statue of a certain type, because none of these things can make itself or create anything else. It is not a machine. Not the sun or the moon or any star, because these things are controlled by a large system and made by someone else. Is different from all these things because it is the Maker and preserver of all. The maker of anything must be different and greater than the thing he does. We also know that nothing comes to life itself and to the wonderful world was not created, nor did so by accident. The continuous changes that occur in the world show that is made and everything is made must have a manufacturer whatsoever.

The Maker and Sustainer of the world, the Creator and Provider of man, the active force and the effective power of nature are all one and the same who is called Allah or God. This is the secret of all secrets and the highest of all beings. The Quran, the authentic scripture of God says: [2]

I was God who created the night, to rest in it, and the bright day, for your chores. Allah is gracious to man, but most humans do not appreciate it. Such is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of everything. There is no god but He! How then do you desviáis?. So those who deviate from God denies the allegations. I was God who created the earth as a cradle and the sky as roof and set up and provided you your prints and I graced with everything good. Such is Allah, your Lord. Blessed be God, Lord of the Worlds. He is living! There is no God but He! Invoke, then, with sincere devotion! Praise God, creator of the universe!. (Qur’an, 40:61-65)

The Supreme Master of all the world and the Creator of all is Allah (God). Is so large and distinct from other beings that man can know only through reflection and meditation. He exists in all times and His great power is at work everywhere in the universe. Man has to believe in its existence because everything in the world confirms that He exists. Only belief in God and His Great Power can give humanity the best possible explanation of many mysterious facts of life. It is the best way to reach true knowledge and spiritual perfection, the right path to good moral behavior and firm, the surest guide to happiness and prosperity.

Once the man believed … God exists he must know His attributes and names. Overall, all perfection and absolute goodness belong to Him and not be detected or errors apply. Specifically, we must know and believe that:

1. Say: “God is one, God is eternal, never begot, nor was begotten, and is incomparable!”. In the eternally begging all and has no beginning or end and nothing is equal to Him (Quran, 1 12:14).

2. He is Gracious, Most Merciful, warden, Compeller, powerful, supreme creator, trainer. The First and the Last, the omniscient God is aware of what you do, is the knower. Everything in the heavens and earth glorifies him because he is powerful, wise (Koran, for example, 57:1-6, 59:22-24).

3. God is indulgentísimo, Most Merciful. There is no living creature on earth whose support does not depend on God. God is in sumo, a wealthy and praiseworthy. Who fears God, He will go a salvation and grace where he least expects it (Quran, for example, 3:31, 11:6, 35:15, 65:2-3).

Each of these names and attributes of God is mentioned in various places in the Quran. We all enjoy the care and mercy of God who is so loving and kind to His creation. If ye claim to have the favors of God, you can never list them (Quran, 14:32-34, 16:10-18).

God is arrogant and supreme, but is very close to the pious, He answers prayers and helps them. Love people who love Him and forgives their sins. It gives them peace and happiness, knowledge and success, life and protection. Welcomes all who wish to be at peace with Him and never rejects anyone. Teach a man to be good, do good and shun evil. Because he is so good and loving, recommends and accepts only the good and fair. The door of mercy is always open to those who sincerely seek His support and protection (Qur’an, 2:186, 50:16).

The love of God to His creatures is immense and beyond human imagination. We can not measure or count His favors. We create and takes good care of us not only from the moment of our birth, but long before him makes us the best possible creation, and gives us all the senses and faculties that we need for our growth. We help when we can not help ourselves and gives us support ourselves and our dependents. Creates in man the mind to understand, the soul and conscience to be good and righteous, the feelings and the criteria for being kind and human.

By His mercy we gain true knowledge and see the real light. For He is gracious, believe in the most beautiful and gives us the sun and moon, earth and sea, our planet and the skies, plants and animals. He is the creator of all these things and many others for our benefit and use. He does things that are useful to us in this life and gives man dignity and intelligence, honor and respect, because man is the best of all things and is the viceroy of God on earth. The mercy of God gives us hope and peace, courage and confidence. We can remedy our troubles and sorrows, to overcome our difficulties and achieve success and happiness. In truth, mercy of God relieved the afflicted, comfort the bereaved, comfort the sick, strengthen the desperate and assists the needy. In short, the mercy of God works in all places at all times and in every aspect of our lives. Some people can stop just because they recognize it for sure. But it is real and we feel with our hearts and our minds to appreciate.

The loving and merciful God never forgets us, nor forsake us, or ignores our sincere call to Him for His mercy and love has taught us the right path and sent us messengers and teachers, books and revelations-all designed for our help and guidance. The last Messenger of God and Muhammad is the most authentic book is the Koran. We know the God of compassion in the traditions of Muhammad and the teachings of the Koran. If a person commits a sin or done something wrong, you are violating God’s law, committing a grave offense against God and abusing his own dignity and existence. But if he is sincere and wants to repent, regrets his evil deeds and want to return to God, seeking forgiveness of God faithfully and honestly about Him, God will accept him and forgive him for real. Even those who reject God or His uniqueness are sure of forgiveness if they understand its wrong attitude and decided to return to God. The Quran says in this regard:

By the way that God will never forgive to be associated with any deity, but He forgives whom He pleases, for he who associates anything with God commits a mortal sin. By the way that God will never forgive you attribute partners, even venial sins forgiven, to whom he pleases, for whom it gives something to God, will have strayed far away. (Surah 4:48, 116).

Say: “O my servants who have gone far in their sins! Not despair of the mercy of God, surely God will forgive all sins, because it indulgentísimo, Most Merciful. And” Turn to your Lord and consecrate to him before that you whip punishment, because then you will not be helped. And see the best of your Lord that was revealed, before you whip punishment, suddenly, without the advirtáis. ” (Qur’an, 39:53-55).

In return for all these great favors and kindness God does not need anything from us, because He is the one that does not require anything and is independent. We ask for the payment, we can not reward or appreciate His immeasurable favors and favors. What that tells us to do, however, is only good, be grateful and considerate, follow His recommendations and enforce His law, be appropriate manifestation of His goodness and excellent attributes, to be His servants honest and true representative on earth. Do not want to enslave us, because He is the one that gives us dignity and honor. He did not want to subjugate us, because He is the one that frees us from fear and superstition. Not intended to humiliate us, because it is the only one who creates us and exalts our range, above all other beings. Therefore, few rules and regulations are designed marks us for our own benefit and profit. Intends to help us enjoy our lives in peace and kindness, brotherhood and cooperation. They are intended to make us attain His very pleasant company and adopt the surest path to eternal happiness.

There are several ways to know God and there are many things to say about him the wonders and impressive marvels of the world are like open books in which we read about God. Moreover, God Himself comes to our aid through the many messengers and revelations sent to men. These Messengers and revelations tell us everything we need to know about God. Thus, when reflecting about nature, listening to the words of the messengers, and read the divine revelation we can obtain more convincing knowledge of God and find the right path to Him

To conclude this part of the discussion, we can provide representative verses of the Quran as follows: God is witness that no god but He, justice: the angels and the wisest confirmed: “There is no god but Him, powerful and wise! ” (Qur’an, 3:18). God is the creator of all and the champion of everything. His are the keys of the heavens and the earth as those who deny God’s laws, will be the hapless (39:63). God originates creation, then reproduces it, then to Him you will return (30:11). And yours are the ones who are in heaven and on earth, all will comply. And it is He who originates creation, then reproduces it, for you it is easy. His is the unique attribute in the heavens and the earth, because it is powerful, wise (30:26-27).
[1] The question of God’s existence has preoccupied the greatest minds for many centuries. Those who believe in God seem to agree that human intelligence, limited and finite, can not prove the existence of God infinite and unlimited. It can only illustrate or demonstrate his existence to the satisfaction of the curious human mind. Those who deny God are often based on science, philosophy or special theories of knowledge. Their arguments are, the more often inapplicable, at other times irrelevant, always complex, often abstrisos up incomprehensible. However, the developed free mind will always find its way to God. The failure to find the road does not mean that there is. The rejection of reality does not make it unreal. See, for example, an interesting comparative view Jacques Maritain, Approaches to God (God approaches) (New York: The Macmillan Company, 1954) Zafrulla Khan Muhammad, Islam. Its Meaning For Modern Man (Islam: its meaning for modern man) New York: Harper & Row, 1962), John Hick, ed., The Existing of God (The existence of God) (New York: The Macmillan Company, 1964).

[2] The best literary works can not be fully translated into any other language. Moreover in the case of the Koran, the Book that challenged (and continues) to teachers and native speakers of Arabic literature and demonstrated its inability to produce anything even remotely similar to the shortest chapter of Scripture. It is impossible, therefore, reproduce the meaning, beauty and fascination of the Koran in any other way. What appears here is not the Koran itself nor its perfect translation, if that were possible. It is rather a human interpretation in a different language that is far from the power of God’s Original Writing. For these reasons, do not put quotation marks, giving a strict form presented to the translation.
