Allah says: (Is not that proof enough for them [the unbelievers of your people O Muhammad] the scholars of the Children of Israel already knew about it?) (26:197)
This verse states that among the clear signals that relate to the truthfulness of the Messenger of Allah and the truth of the message he brought was the fact that the Children of Israel knew it. This knowledge is referred to, stored, recorded in the books that were circulating among them, as Allah says:
(And by the way it was first mentioned in the Scriptures) (26:196)
The Qur’an mentions that the previous prophets announced the coming of our Prophet Muhammad
The Qur’an from our Lord, the Wise, the Informed, and tells us that the mention of Muhammad and his nation is in the Books revealed before, and that his coming Prophets giver of glad tidings. Several exegetes interpreted the verse: (And remember when Allah took a covenant with each of the Prophets, saying: I gave you the Book and wisdom, and when you submit a messenger to confirm what I have revealed, believe in him and auxiliadle [and see that your fans also meet this commitment]. “you assume such a commitment? answered: We agree. He said: Then bear witness to each other, I also bear witness with you.) (3:81) means that Allah took a promise and a pact that if every Prophet Muhammad was sent during their lives, believe in him and abandon their own laws to follow the laws of Muhammad. In fact we know he was known by all previous Prophets.
Abraham’s plea
It was narrated from Al ‘ibn Irbâd Sariah that the Messenger of Allah said: “Verily to Allaah have been registered as the Seal of the Prophets, while Adam was still clay. I will report the beginning of my case: the supplication of Abraham, the glad tidings of Jesus and the vision of my mother when I gave birth. And she left a light that illuminated the palaces of Syria. “This hadith was mentioned in the book Sharh Al Sunnah. [1]
Allah informs us that when the Beloved of the Merciful, Abraham, and his son Ismael were building the Ka’bah and appeals were made, are mentioned in Surah Al Baqarah: (And when Abraham and Ishmael raised the foundations of the House said: O Lord, accept our work, You are All-Hearing, Knowing. Our Lord, Increase our submission to you, and make our offspring a community also submitted to You. Show us our rites for the pilgrimage, and accept our repentance, certainly You are Forgiving, Merciful. Our Lord s arise between them [our seed] a Messenger reciting to them Your precepts and teach them the Book and wisdom, and sanctify. Verily, Thou art Mighty, Wise.) ( 2:127-129). Allah answered the prayer of His Beloved Abraham and his son, Prophet Ishmael. The Prophet Muhammad was the result of that response. The Torah that exists today, despite having been amended, still contains some of those good news. We observe that Allah answered the prayer of Abraham for Ishmael. In the Torah, the Book of Genesis, says: “I will listen with respect to Ishmael, bless him, I will give you a fruitful and very numerous offspring. He is the father of twelve rulers, and will make him a great nation. “[Genesis 17: 20]
This points to the shipment of our Prophet Muhammad in several ways:
The ‘great’ nation to Allah must be a nation subject to the will of Allah, and a nation with these characteristics did not exist among the descendants of Ishmael until after the Messenger of Allah was sent and Muslims spread from east to west.
Also mentioned twelve rulers, and this agrees with the statement of the Messenger of Allah that this nation will be governed by twelve Caliphs, all of Quraish.
Moses predicted the coming of Prophet Muhammad
Definitely the news of the unlettered Prophet long ago came to the Children of Israel through Moses the Prophet of Allah. He told them about their mission, their attributes, the nature of his message and the characteristics of their nation. It would be an unlettered Prophet, and he directs his nation to do good and forbid evil. It would allow all the good and forbid them anything harmful. He would relieve those among the Children of Israel from the burdens and obstacles that Allah knew they would be imposed because of their sins. The followers of this Prophet would fear their Lord, pay the Zakat and believe in the signs of Allah. Accurate news to those who believe in the unlettered Prophet, I respect, support, help and follow the light that had been sent, would be those who obtain success, Allah says: (He [Allah]: Azoto with My punishment I love, but know that My Mercy embraces all things, and the grant to the pious who pay the Zakat and believe in Our signs. Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet [Muhammad], which was mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel, ordering them good and forbids them evil, they can all benefit and forbids what is harmful, and appeals are difficult precepts that weighed on them [the People of the Book], and those who believe in him, seconded by , defend and follow the light that has been revealed [the Koran] who will be successful. Say: O mankind! Verily, I am the Messenger of Allah to you all. To Him belongs the kingdom of heaven and earth , there is no god but He gives life and death, believe therefore in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered Prophet who believes in Allah and His Words [all the Books revealed before], and follow it so I encaminaréis.) (7: 156-158)
Signs that are mentioned in the Torah
Some of these predictions can be found even in the Torah. In the Book of Deuteronomy Moses Allah says: “Sucitaré among their brothers (ie, the people of Israel) a Prophet like you, I will put my words in his mouth and tell him everything I ordered. If someone does not listen to this prophet to pronounce words in My name, I myself will call him to account. “(Deuteronomy 18: 18-19)
The fact that this concerns our Prophet and Messenger Muhammad is obvious and clear, because he is one of the sons of Ishmael and the sons of Ishmael are brothers of the Children of Israel, whose grandfather was Ishâq, younger brother of Ismael. Muhammad is Arabic and is the best family for them. The phrase “like you” means bringing a law like Moses. Muhammad is Allah who put His words in his mouth, because he was illiterate and never read the scriptures, but Allah revealed His words to memorize and recite the. He was the messenger who was sent to all mankind, and it is the duty of the people of Israel to follow. Whoever fails to do this, Allah will punish him, “If someone does not listen to this prophet to pronounce words in My name, I myself will call him to account.” (Deuteronomy 18: 18-19)
What we evidence that this is one of the great glad tidings that Allah revealed to Moses is the fact that it was narrated in a particular context where Moses chose seventy men from among his people to meet Allah, and they were victims of a violent earthquake, they had asked to see Allah. So Moses prayed to his Lord, then Allaah brought back to life. Allah said after the pleas of Moses (He [Allah]: Azoto with My punishment I love, but know that My Mercy embraces all things, and the grant to the pious who pay the Zakat and believe in Our signs. Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet [Muhammad], which was mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel, ordering them good and forbids them evil, they can all benefit and forbids what is harmful, and appeals to them the precepts difficult to weigh on them [the People of the Book], and those who believe in him, help him, defend him and follow the light that has been revealed [the Koran] who will be successful.) (7:157)
If you observe the Torah, the Book of Exodus, you will find that these good tidings about the coming of Muhammad were revealed to Moses after he had gone to meet Allah. The Torah speaks of something similar to the earthquake: “When people saw the thunder and the light and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear, and stood at a distance …” [Exodus 20: 18]
Jesus announces the coming of Prophet Muhammad
Allah informs us that Jesus predicted the coming of the Messenger Muhammad (And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allah, sent to you confirming the Torah and tidings of a Messenger to come after me called Ahmad [This was one of the names of the Prophet Muhammad]. But when presented with evidence, said: This is pure magic!) (37:6)
Ahmad is a name of our Prophet Muhammad, as is stated in Sahih Bukhari, which is narrated that ibn Jubair Mut’im said he heard the Messenger of Allah say: “I have many names. I am Muhammad, I am Ahmad, I am Al Mahi through whom Allah removes unbelief the hash’m behind my people will meet (on the Day of Resurrection) and I am Al ‘Aqib. “[2]
Two examples mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel
Allah gave two examples in the Torah and the Gospel on our Messenger Muhammad and his companions (Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. [Believers] who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You’ll see [ O Muhammad praying] bent and prostrate, seeking Bounty from Allah and His pleasure. Their faces are marked the traces of prostration, and are described in the Torah. And in the Gospel as compared to a seed that germinates, springs, strengthens, and becomes thick and stated in its stem, causing joy to the farmers. This is what Allah has made believers to enrage the unbelievers. Surely Allah promised forgiveness and reward with a great reward for those who believe and act rightly.) (48:29)
The good news in the Torah
The Torah (or Old Testament) that are in circulation today has been distorted and adulterated. This is evident Due to the contradictions found in many subjects. There are three versions of the Old Testament: Hebrew, Greek, Samaritan, and each claims to be the correct version. There are clear differences between the editions and translations of the Torah. This distortion led to many predictions to lose clarity or vanish. However, some good news remained, and are all too clear who compares the history of the Messenger of Allah, objectively and rationally.
The Messenger is mentioned by name in the Torah
Some of these good news, they made clear mention of the name Muhammad. Some Muslim scholars found these texts, but the distortion of that book led to the subsequent removal of these texts. An example is what is mentioned in the Book of Isaiah [3]: “I have done laudable (Muhammad), which is highly esteemed by the Lord, your name existed from eternity.” The statement that the Muhammad’s name existed from eternity agree with the words of the Messenger: “I was a Prophet when Adam was still clay [4].”
In the Hebrew Torah are in the third chapter of Habaqûq [5]: “The earth was full of praise for Ahmad, and his right hand to the nations.”
In the edition published in London in 1848, and another published in Beirut in 1884, stated even more clearly: “The heavens are lit by the glory of the Muhammad and the earth is full of praise … his voice is in the rivers and in the seas, O Muhammad come, I saw mountains and full of veneration. “
Mention of places and events that relate to the Messenger of Allah
In some places it is even referred to the location where he began his mission. In chapter 33 of the Book of Deuteronomy says, “The Lord came from Sinai and dawned over them Sa’ir, he shone forth from Mount Paran.” (Deuteronomy 33:2)
Sinai is where God spoke to Moses, Sa’ir is where God started the revelation to Jesus, and Paran means the mountain of Makkah where God started the revelation to Muhammad. The fact that the Mount Paran refers to Makkah is indicated by the texts of the Torah. Allah mentioned these sacred sites together in the following verse: (I swear by the fig and olive trees, by Mount Sinai, this safe city [Mecca].) (95:1-3)
The Torah mentions the place where the revelation would descend to Muhammad. In the Book of Isaiah says: “The revelation of the direction of the land of the Arabs in the rugged terrain” (Isaiah 21)
The beginning of Revelation in the land of the Arabs took place in the rugged terrain of the cave of Hira ‘.
This passage also refers to the migration of the Messenger of Allah and refers to where they emigrate, “Bring water to the thirsty, you who live in Taima ‘, brings food to the fugitives. They flee from the sword, the sword, bow tension (to shoot) and the heat of battle. “(Isaiah 21:14-15)
Taima ‘is on the outskirts of Madinah, and if you look at the text it will be clear who is speaking of the Hegira of the Messenger of Allah to Taima’.
The text says: “This is what the Lord says to me: Within a year, when a servant bound by contract would count it, all the pomp of Qîdâr will end. The survivors of the bowmen, the warriors of Qîdâr, are few. The Lord, the God of Israel has spoken. “(Isaiah 21:16-17)
This paper discusses the battle of Badr, because it came a year when an indentured servant would tell, after the hijra. All Qîdâr pump is over, because Qîdâr was one of the sons of Ishmael and his descendants were the people of Makkah, and Qîdâr archers were few after the battle of Badr.
The Torah relates the type of place where the Messenger migrate
Some texts of the Torah refer to the place where the Messenger of Allah emigrate. In the Book of Isaiah says, “Let the desert and its people to raise their voices, which allow payments of Qîdâr live rejoice. Let people Sali ‘sing for joy; let them shout from the mountains. Glorifying the Lord and proclaim his praise … “(Isaiah 42:11-12)
Qîdâr was one of the sons of Ishmael, as mentioned in Genesis 25:13.
Sali ‘is the mountain of Sala’ in Madinah.
The cry and the proclamation referred to here is the adhan (call to prayer) still echoes five times a day, the declaration of the greatness of Allah and praise at festivals and at all times during the day and night, were pronounced from the mouths of believers pure Madinah near the mountain of the Chamber. “
