Between the nights of Ramadan is one called “Laylatul Qadr, which is noted for his great blessings. The Quran Al Karim describes it as a night that has more blessings and spiritual virtues than a thousand months.
Lucky are those who get the full blessing of this night by spending it in worship of Allah Ta’ala, it will have gained the reward of eighty-three years and four months of worship. And further, it means your Virtue is more than a thousand months. Really, it’s a great favor of Allah that has no limits for those who can appreciate it.
The origin
About tonight, in a hadith narrated by some (radialláhu ‘anhu) in Ad-Durrul Manthúr, Rasulullah (sallallahu’ alayhi wa sallam) said: “Laylatul Qadr was granted to my Ummah Ummah and no other before.” Regarding the reasons for having received the gift of Laylatul Qadr, mentioned several, one of them is that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) used to look at the longevity of men in antiquity, and grieved at the thought of the short life members of the Ummah, and that because it would be impossible to compete with the first in the amount of good works. To compensate for the shorter duration of their lives, Allah Ta’ala for His Infinite Mercy granted them this night of so many blessings. This means that if some lucky among members of the Ummah of Rasulullah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) meets tonight, praising their Creator, ten times in his life, his reward will be equivalent to eight hundred thirty years more of ‘ibadah. Also reported that Rasoolullah (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) he once told his Sahabah about a man of Bani Israil who was in the jihad for a thousand months. Upon hearing this, the Sahabah were jealous of this man because he never could get a reward like his, so Allah Ta’ala gave them Laylatul Qadr as a reward.
Another story says that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) mentioned some chance the names of four people of Bani Israil who spent eighty years of his life to serve Allah Ta’ala sincerely worshiping Him, and not sinning in the least Aiyúb they were the Prophet (‘aleihis sallam), Zakariyya (‘ aleihis Salam) Hizqil (‘aleihis Salaam) and Yusha’ (‘aleihis sallam). The Sahabah (radialláhu ‘anhum) heard this with amazement, then Jibreel (‘ aleihis salaam) appeared and brought the surah which mentions the blessings of this night.
In addition to these stories, there are others that explain the origin of the Night of Decree. The reasons for these differences is that when a verse is revealed, after a period in separate incidents occurring, this may be related to each of them. However, really the most important fact is that Allah Ta’ala has given us this evening as a great favor and we can only meet our ‘amal of Allah thanks to Taufiq
“Those people whose fate is EMPTY AND EVIL
YOU CAN GET AN EXPERT GUIDE,
BECAUSE AS AN EXPERT GUIDE Khidr
BROUGHT BACK TO ALEJANDRO
FROM THE SOURCE OF LIFE
WITH EMPTY HANDS “
How fortunate are those who have never lost one of these nights in worship! How worthy of envy are those who have not lost masháij the ‘ibadah of any Laylatul Qadr since they were old!.
Now, about what would be tonight? There are more than fifty opinions that have been mentioned, and we can not list them all, so we’ll see the most accepted on the following pages.
Different strengths and many stories are mentioned in the books of hadith on this night. Some of which will be mentioned later. But, because tonight’s virtues have been mentioned in the Quran, it is important to write a brief comment about the Laylatul surah Qadr:
“In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Misericordioso.Es true that we did land on the night of Qadr”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], Ayah 1)
This refers to the fact that during this special night, the Quran was sent down from “The Lauhul Mahfooz (Table Protected) into the sky (which is on land). By the mere fact that the Koran has come down tonight, is reason enough to explain its excellence, without mentioning other blessings and virtues that brings. In the next verse, to lead and raise our concern about the topic question:
And how do you know what the Night of Decree?
(Surah Al Qadr [97], Ayah 2)
In other words, the issue about which there is the question here is: Do you know something about the great importance of this night? Do you know anything about the great favors and blessings are there? Then the next verse proceeds to enumerate some of his great virtues:
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], Ayah 3)
The real significance here is that the reward for taking this evening at ‘Ibadat is more and better than a thousand months have met the’ ibadah, is in fact much more but the more reward there, that’s something that we are not said here.
“In her descend the angels and the spirit …”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], ayah 4)
An explanation of this verse has been given by Imam Razi (rahmatulláhi ‘alayhi) said that when man first appeared on earth, Allah Ta’ala created it as their Jalifah (representative) in it, looked at him maláikah some contempt. When Allah Ta’ala informed them of his intention to put man on earth, they asked him Are you going to put in it who sow evil and shed blood?
Similarly, when his parents noticed his original form as a single drop of semen, saw it as something despicable, as regarded him as something dirty and your clothes should be washed. But when Allah Ta’ala did the same negligible drop of sperm a beautiful human form began to love and care. Now we see how things have progressed until this night of Qadr, we see this same man worshiping Allah Ta’ala and angels who previously viewed with contempt, descending to him, obviously repentant for having thought ill of him.
This verse refers to the spirit, who is clearly Jibreel (‘aleihis sallam). The commentators of the Qur’an have given several explanations for this word. Here are some of them:
a. Most commentators agree that this is Jibreel (‘aleihis Salaam) and, according to Imam Razi (rahmatulláhi `alayhi) this is the correct explanation. Tá Allah Allah appoints first angels (maláikah) and due to the status that Jibreel (‘aleihis sallam) have between them, he mentioned especially.
b. Some commentators hold the view that “Spirit” means an angel of such extraordinary size in front of him, the heavens and the earth appear as almost anything.
c. Another group of commenters believes that “Spirit” here refers to a group of maláikah that only appear during the night and can only be seen by other maláikah.
d. Some commentators believe that “Spirit” refers here to a special creature of Allah Ta’ala, which while sharing food and drink, is neither man nor angel.
e. Also some say that “Spirit” here refers to ‘Isa (‘ aleihis sallam), who during this night the angels descend along to see the good works of this Ummah.
f. The last opinion we would like to mention here is that “Spirit” refers here to a special mercy of Allah Ta’ala who has followed the angels to descend.
Besides these, there are other opinions more, but we repeat that the first view is more accepted.
In this regard, Imam Bayhaqi (rahmatulláhi ‘alayhi) narrates a hadith. Fine (radialláhu’ anhu) in which Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “In Laylatul Qadr, Jibreel (‘ aleihis salam) went down with a group angels and makes du’aa imploring mercy for all those who are engaged in ‘Ibadah. “
The same verse says later:
“… With the orders of your Lord for every matter”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], ayah 4)
The author of “Madháhire Haq writes that tonight maláikah were created, even on that night began the creation of Adam (‘aleihis sallam) as it had gathered the material with which it was created during this night the trees were planted in Jannah and a large number of ahadith state that du’aa are accepted. We also read in the book Ad-Durrul Manthúr, which according to what has been reported in a hadith, was on this night that ‘Isa (‘ aleihis sallam) was taken up bodily into heaven and was also when the repentance of Bani Israil was accepted.
“Peace”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], Ayah 5)
This is the embodiment of peace. Over the hours, maláikah recite “Salam” on those pious servants who worship their Lord. A group while another stands down as has been explained in the ahadith. Another interpretation is that this is a completely safe night of evil.
“It lasts until the dawn of the dawn”
(Surah Al Qadr [97], Ayah 5)
These blessings remain all night until dawn but are limited to a specific time. Having noticed some of the virtues of this night in the explanation of the words of Allah Ta’ala, no need to cite any hadith. However, since many virtues have been reported in the ahadith, mention some below.
