We all know that in every language there are one or more terms used to refer to God and, in some cases to other deities. This is not for Allah. Indeed, Allah is the specific name of the one true God. No other can be called Allah. This word has no plural or gender, which shows its unique character. Note when compared with the word “God” can be expressed in the plural, gods, or feminine, goddess. It should be emphasized that Allah is the name given to God in Aramaic, the language of Jesus and that looks like Arabic.
The term Allah is a reflection of the notion that Islam associates with God. For a Muslim, Allah is the Almighty and Creator of the universe. There seems to nothing and nothing can resemble it. The Prophet Muhammad was asked by his contemporaries about Allah, the answer is God dictated the form of a short sura of the Koran, which is considered the very essence of monotheistic faith. This sura says:
“In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful, say:” He is God, One God, the Eternal. He has not begotten, nor has been begotten. It has no equal “.”
Certain non-Muslims believe the God of Islam as a stern and cruel God who demands full obedience. They consider that it is neither sensitive nor benevolent. There is no statement more false than this. In fact enough to know that each of the 114 chapters of the Quran, almost without exception, begin with the following verse: “In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. “In one of his sayings, the Prophet Muhammad tells us that” God is most tender and kinder than a mother to his beloved son. “
However, God is absolutely fair. Therefore the wicked and sinners must have their share of punishment and the righteous will be blessed with His gifts and His grace. In fact, forgiveness and divine attribute is fully revealed in His attribute of justice. Those who suffer throughout their lives for the love of God and those who oppress and exploit others should receive the same treatment from their Lord. A similar treatment would negate the responsibility of man in the afterlife, and from this fact, deny any initiative to lead a moral and virtuous life in this world. The verses of the Quran are clear and unambiguous in this regard.
“Those who fear God will, with their Lord, the gardens of bliss. Are we, then, to treat equally those who submit to God to sinners? Way to judge what is yours? “(Quran 68:34-36.)
Islam rejects any representation of God in any human form that may favor certain individuals or nations at the level of wealth, power or race. God has created all human beings alike. However, they can distinguish themselves and earn His gifts only through virtue and piety.
The concept that God will rest on the seventh day, that has fought one of his soldiers, that have an attitude of conspiracy or envy with regard to humanity or God has been incarnated in a human being, whatever it it is considered blasphemy from the standpoint of Islam.
The exclusive use of the name of Allah to denote God reflects what Islam emphasizes the purity of belief in God, and this is the essential message of all messengers of God. Why Islam considers the fact involve a deity or personality with God as any sin that God will never forgive.
The Creator must have a different nature than they do the things He has created, as if I had the same nature as these, it would be a temporary nature and, therefore, the same would be created by someone else. And if the Creator has no temporal essence, it is necessary then that is eternal. But if eternal can not be generated by any principle, and if nothing has preceded his arrival, nothing out of the can be the source of its existence, which means that He is His own principle. And if its continued existence depends on nothing outside of Him, this existence can have no limit. The Creator is Eternal and Perpetual thus: “He is the beginning and the end.”
He uses himself Subsisting himself, or by using the term of the Noble Quran, He is Al-Qayyum. The Creator created not only to make things exist, but also equal protection, and gives them a temporary life, being the sole cause of everything that happens.
“God is the Creator, and who watches over all that exists. His are the keys of heaven and earth. “(Qur’an 39:62,63.)
“There is no living creature on earth which God provides no support. He knows their places of life and death. “(Qur’an 11:6.)
THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD
If the Creator is eternal and perpetual, attributes should be too. Should not lose any of its attributes or acquire others. Therefore, his attributes are absolute. Can there be more of a creator with such attributes? Can there be two artists with such absolute strength? Simply use a moment of reflection to realize that this is impossible.
The Quran summarizes this concept in the following verses:
“God did not adopt any children, nor is there any God beside him. If not, each god would have that which he created, and some were higher than others. “(Qur’an 23:91.)
“If there were, in-the heavens and the earth-gods other than Allah, they would become corrupted.” (Qur’an 21:22.)
So why on earth should be in heaven something other than Him? If so, the earth and the heavens would surely to his doom
