Allah ta’ala says (which means), “No proper for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have set up a business then there are those other options in their affairs. Whoever is rebellious to Allah and His Messenger has indeed strayed in a very real with the error. “(Surah al-Ahzab: 36). Allah ta’ala says (which means), “By your Lord, indeed they are not believers until they want menjadian you (Muhammad) as a judge over all the disputed among themselves, then they do not have a sense of narrow in their hearts for what you decide , and they let go completely. “(Surah an-Nisaa ‘: 65). Allah ta’ala says (which means), “Then if you quarrel about a case, return to God (the Koran) and the apostles (as-Sunnah) if you truly believe in Allah and the hereafter. It’s better and better result. “(Surah an-Nisaa ‘: 59). Allah ta’ala says (which means), “Whoever obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah he indeed.” (Surah an-Nisaa ‘: 80). Allah ta’ala says (which means), “What they are seeking legal ignorance. And who better than God’s law, for those who believe. “(Surah al-Ma’idah: 50). Allah ta’ala says (which means), “And the law decide between them by what Allah hath revealed, and do not follow their passions.” (Al-Ma’idah: 49)
Allah ta’ala says (which means), “And do you destroy the earth after the repairs.” (Surah al-A’raaf: 56). Abu Bakr ibn ‘Iyasy rahimahullah said,’ Allah has sent Muhammad sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam to all the inhabitants of the earth while when they are in damage, then fix them with God’s Message of Muhammad sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam. So whoever is invited to menyelisihi / oppose the teachings brought by Muhammad sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, that means he is included among those who do destruction on the face of the earth. “(Fath al-Majid, p.. 383). Sheikh Abdurrahman bin Hasan rahimahullah said, “… arbitrate to other than Allah and His Messenger, including most major reason that caused destruction in the face of the earth, so bring a variety of disobedience, then there is no good for him except to arbitrate with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger sallallaahu ‘ alaihi wa sallam, that’s the way the people who believe. “(Fath al-Majid, p.. 383)
